David Bowie's Tonight arrived on September 24, 1984, directly after the enormous success of Let's Dance. It reached No. 1 in the UK, yet became one of the most disputed albums of Bowie's career.

Only two of its nine tracks, "Loving the Alien" and "Blue Jean", were written by Bowie alone. The album also features Tina Turner, Iggy Pop collaborations and reinterpretations of earlier songs.

Was Tonight a creative low point, or does it deserve another listen?
