Elvis Presley is 25. Marilyn Monroe is 34. Two of the world's biggest stars finally meet at Paramount Studios. Publicist Byron Raphael later claims he secretly drove Marilyn to the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, where the two allegedly kissed without saying a word. Marilyn supposedly smiled and teased, "You're pretty good for a guitar player." Raphael even claimed that afterward, Elvis laughed and said, "She was too tall for me." But Elvis's close friend Joe Esposito insisted they only shared a brief conversation at the studio.
