Michael Jackson married Elvis Presley's only daughter in 1994, and nobody found out for three months. The ceremony took place on 26 May in La Vega in the Dominican Republic, lasted about fifteen minutes, and both Jackson and Lisa Marie Presley wore all black. The news only broke on 1 August, when Presley sent a short written statement to the press confirming the marriage. The King of Pop and the daughter of the King of Rock and Roll had become a couple without the world knowing.
