The Lost Hofner Found: In July 2025, inside his MPL Offices at Soho Square in London, Sir Paul McCartney gave a remarkably candid interview for the TV special The Hunt For The Lost Bass (broadcast in April 2026). McCartney details the recovery of his famous 1961 Hofner bass, stolen in 1972 and returned after a global campaign. With signature Liverpool humor, Paul reflects on the thief's motives, comparing it to petty mischief from his own youth before music provided an honest path forward.
